The Speech House is THE perfect hotel venue for group gatherings and events of all sizes.
You can choose from our four unique function rooms. Each room has its own individual characteristics and is suited to different types of events and occasions, depending on the format of your function, dining preferences and your guest numbers.
We cater for weddings, civil partnership ceremonies, wakes, funeral receptions, memorials, corporate events, team building and away days, company conferences and meetings.
The hotel can accommodate residential stays, with 35 comfortable en-suite bedrooms for group bookings, corporate delegates, wedding or wake guests.
With the unique Speech House field located directly next to the hotel with access from the car park – there are additional options for corporate events and team building. This 15 acre field can be hired alongside the hotel meeting and function rooms to host outdoor team building activities and activity-orientated events.
Our two restaurants and garden with private dining dens gives group and event guests a great degree of choice for their dining options. If you prefer private dining we have several options for that too.
The Edwin Tauber Suite is our contemporary purpose-built function space that is perfect for larger corporate functions including conferences and product launches, and larger wakes and memorials. It can seat up to 150 – 200 people.
The Speech House gives you the freedom and flexibility to select the combination of rooms that best suit the style of function you wish to create and fitting to the occasion.
