Celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with us, at The Speech House Hotel.

3rd June 12pm-6pm at The Speech House Hotel

We’re collaborating with Local Discovery Card, and Knit Me Knot Me to host a family fun day out, in and around the grounds of the hotel. We invite everyone from the Forest of Dean, and further afield to join us for an afternoon of live entertainment, family fun, craft fayre, afternoon tea, street food and merriment!

Entry is £1 for kids and £3 for adults (under 2s go free).

An arts & crafts fayre filled with delights from local & small businesses in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley
Art displays and workshops – create your own Jubilee mosaic with Rachel Shilston to take away, or watch an enamelling demonstration with Katie Sanderson
Competition displays from the local schools, best bunting and flags!
Speech House BBQ, Afternoon Tea and Sourdough Pizza, alongside Viv’s Big Baps, the Crab Shack, Kate’s Kitchen and many more delicious food vendors
Entertainment from the Lydbrook Band, Forest Morris & The Drybrook Male Voice Choir
Face Painting and Glitter Tattoos
Messy play activities with Little Learners Playspace Forest of Dean
