The Carolean is a more intimate dining room which is used as a cosy corner in the hotel on quieter evenings or when Verderers’ is fully booked.

The Carolean can also be booked as a private dining or function room, for up to 25 people – perfect for small and intimate wedding celebrations, client lunches, or birthday and anniversary celebrations.
