All tariffs at the The Speech House Hotel are based on a bed and breakfast stay – ideal for business accommodation, with the team building and conference facilities on offer.

They are not seasonal, but subject to change if special offers are applied to the room rate. Breakfast offered includes a full English option, with cereal, fruit and other delicious choices available from the buffet selection.

The Speech House Hotel has a total of 37 rooms including suites. All rooms are en suite with TV and hospitality tray. The new orangery – an ideal location to enjoy afternoon tea overlooking the beautiful surroundings. All rooms finished to a good standard, four poster bed accommodation is available.

Booking Terms

Rates above are typical room rates (including 20% VAT) and may differ at certain times of the year. Please contact us for the latest room rates.

• All rates are per night and inclusive of VAT
• All rates are per room for two adults (except for single occupancy rate)
• All rooms are en-suite with TV, telephone, radio and tea/coffee facilities
• Check in time is from 2pm and check out time at 10.30am
• Please be aware that at weekends, the hotels accepts wedding receptions and certain rooms may be affected by music until midnight
• Dogs are welcome
• Z-beds and cots are available
• Children under the age of 4 are free of charge
• Family rooms available

Cancellation Policy

Not later than 2pm the day before arrival, otherwise the full rate of the first nights stay will be charged.

The Speech House Cottage in the Forest of Dean

The Cottage offers an alternative to staying in our hotel, situated perfectly in the Forest of Dean, within reach of the hotel's facilities.

All cottage rooms are en suite, with bath and shower. Cottage prices also include bed and breakfast.
