All our conference facilities come with the added bonus of being located in the beautiful Royal Forest of Dean. Our aim is to make sure that your conference event or business meeting goes without a hitch. We fully understand the pressures experienced by conference organisers and trainers, so you'll find us willing, flexible and with the facilities required to assist. Our food is excellent too!

Our conference facilities, set within the hotel, are superb and distraction free. We're in the middle of some of the UK's finest unspoilt Gloucestershire woodland with a flat 15 acre field adjoining the hotel which is available for your use. If you're in the Pavilion Conference Suite you can be sure your delegates can concentrate on the business in hand without the disruptions of office life.

Our Conference Facilities

The Pavilion

So called as it was once a Cricket Pavilion, which has been purposely converted into a custom made self-contained conference and training centre.

"The Pavilion" is an ideal venue from which to facilitate training courses, such as team building events and in house Boot Camp life changing courses. The Pavilion is situated overlooking our 15-acre field and the woodlands behind. There are plenty of outdoor activities available within a few miles radius for the extracurricular training opportunities. These include walking and cycling in the forest, climbing, canoeing, and rope tree climbing.

The Pavilion has its own kitchen and toilet facilities and a large training room with three purposely designed syndicate rooms leading off from the main training room. During the winter months all meals can be taken in the Hotel Restaurant; however the balcony at the side of the pavilion is ideal for outdoor eating during the warmer months. The field is offered as part of the training package.

The Hotel offers competitively priced, 24 hour and day delegate packages. The price per person depends on the number of delegates. The larger the number the better the rate.

The Forester’s Room

Available on the first floor of the Hotel this room is an ideal meeting facility, accommodating up to 20 delegates on a boardroom style. This room is ideal for the smaller in house conference and is available on a day delegate rate and a twenty-four hour rate.
